Who will manage the Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout moving forward?

The Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout will be managed by the team at Tempest as a division of iDSS. The Tempest Team and the Huddle Up Group team will be working closely together on client success initiatives and the technological roadmap.

Will the Huddle Up Group continue to provide their services?

Yes, the Huddle Up Group will continue to offer its consulting services as well as work with Tempest in managing and marketing the Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout platform.

Who will bill my organization for my Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout All-Access membership?

Future renewal notices and invoices will be sent out by Tempest.

If I am a Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout user, but I am not a Tempest iDSS user, what does this mean for my organization?

Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout does not require an iDSS Subscription and can be accessed independently just as it stands today.

If I am a Tempest iDSS user, but not a Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout user, what does this mean for my organization?

The Tempest team will be individually reaching out to current iDSS users to provide a detailed Q&A introduction to the Sports Tourism Index™ + Scout, and will assist with activation, implementation, and training where needed.
